Situation: Every three years, this client holds a partner retreat, one of the most complex programs imaginable. Some of the highlights in 2008 included:
A-Plus Approach:
Given the complexity of the agenda, A-Plus took control of the meeting room assignments, room set ups and audiovisual requirements. Using a combination of online registration tools, A-Plus developed individual custom agendas for each participant, minimizing confusion for attendees.
A-Plus negotiated for space at the front desk of Bellagio (never done for any group before or since) and pre-keyed the entire group, streamlining the registration process and ensuring a great first impression for attendees.
A-Plus brought a full staff of air agents with full ticketing capability to ensure flight options could be provided on the spot and new tickets issued immediately.
